The Moodie family was absolutely adorable.  The family was wanting to update their family photos and capture some great shots for their Christmas card. Mom also wanted to capture her growing girls, her oldest is already three and she wanted to be sure they had great family portraits of this time in their lives.  Kids grow so fast!  It's so wonderful to have great images that capture moments and memories of everyone having fun together.  

Taking After Their Daddy

Both of their little girls got dad’s fiery red hair and wonderful personality.  Mom said the little ones were not super excited about the session and were slightly on the grumpy side on the ride to field at Livingston where we captured their images.  Luckily, we had some tricks up our sleeves.  Mom and Dad mentioned that the girls love to dance. So dance we did! We kicked on some tunes and got the whole family moving together.  There were no lack of smiles once they started boogying down.  

Sweet Sister Time

I love the joyful sounds of kids laughter while playing with their parents.  The girls were so happy as Mom and Dad cuddled, hugged and spun them around.  They were too cute during their sister time! I can only imagine the friendship these two will share.  Big sis was happy to give kisses and lead her little sister around by the hand.  It was so special for the girls to see how happy and in love their mommy and daddy were together during their couple’s images portion of the session.  Rachel and her hubby were adorable together (as you can clearly see!).

We had a blast with this family during their lifestyle photography session.  There was so much love flowing through them and I was pleased to capture that love and joy for one another in their images.

Documenting family lifestyle photography is such a passion of mine. I can't tell you how much I loved working with the Moodie family!
