Julia and Dylon | Tampa, FL Engagement Photography

I adore the process of planning, and capturing sweet love stories just like this one. These two who make up this beautiful couple made it super fun and easy for me to take amazing engagement photos and capture this special occasion for them!

This is one of the the sweetest love stories ever! Dylon and Christopher have known each other since Dylon was a baby.  You can imagine we were so excited for him to find Julia and fall in love, and then now for us to have the opportunity to photograph their upcoming wedding! What an absolute blessing.

We had a perfect sunny day in Florida and chose Livingston Field as the backdrop for this engagement session.  The lush grass and the many weeping trees all framed this couple so gracefully as the sun danced around them!

My favorite part was how natural and relaxed Julia and Dylon were not only with each other, but with me as well. I was tickled to be able to record the love between them - the little squeezes, the way she nuzzles against his chest, and the way he kisses her cheek.  During the session we would ask them fun questions to help draw out different emotions as they remembered the funny story and explained it to us - we all laughed about it!  

We loved the colored powder idea that Julia had. Anytime we can do something creative with a couple we get so many natural photos from it.  

Julia especially loved the paint scene!  She described it as allowing them to be genuinely playful with one another, and she felt it described their relationship perfectly.  Win!

I am so pleased with how these photos turned out, and seeing the reaction of Julia and Dylon during our preview was so rewarding!  The couple has a beautiful collection of both fun and serious photos to start their milestone gallery together.  

We cannot wait to be a part of their wedding day!  I know Julia is going to make a stunning bride, and Dylon, a dotting groom.
